Refund policy

At QuantumHubb (quantumhubb.in), customer satisfaction is our top priority. We have crafted this policy to be fair, transparent, and fully compliant with Indian consumer protection laws. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • The product is in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals intact
  • You have the original invoice or order confirmation
  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging
  • Products purchased during sale or clearance events (unless defective)
  • Digital products or software
  • Personal hygiene products once opened
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers

3. How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@quantumhubb.in with your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product
  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
  3. Once approved, we will share return shipping instructions
  4. Pack the product securely and ship it to the address provided

Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.


4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet) via Razorpay
  • Razorpay typically reflects the refund within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer — please provide your bank details when raising the request

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number. We will offer:

  • A full refund, or
  • A free replacement (subject to stock availability)

We do not require you to return defective products in all cases — our team will guide you accordingly.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible
  • To cancel, email us immediately at support@quantumhubb.in with your order number
