At QuantumHubb (quantumhubb.in), we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle deliveries across India.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a separate notification once it has been dispatched
2. Shipping Time
- Standard delivery across India: 5–10 business days from dispatch date
- Remote or rural areas may take up to 14 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment
- We offer free shipping on select orders — applicable offers will be shown on the product page or cart
4. Shipping Partners
We ship through trusted logistics partners including but not limited to:
- Delhivery
- Shiprocket
- Blue Dart
- DTDC
- Xpressbees
The courier partner assigned to your order depends on your delivery location and product type.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier link via email or SMS
- You can use this to track your shipment in real time

6. Delivery Areas
- We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India
- If your PIN code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout
- We do not offer international shipping at this time
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times
- If the package is undelivered after 3 attempts (due to wrong address, recipient unavailable, etc.), it will be returned to our warehouse
- In such cases, you may request a re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund of the product amount (excluding shipping fees)
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take a photo before opening and contact us within 48 hours
- If your shipment appears lost in transit, please contact us after the maximum estimated delivery window has passed
- We will investigate with the courier and offer a refund or replacement as appropriate
9. Important Notes
- QuantumHubb operates as a dropshipping store — products are shipped from our supplier's warehouse directly to you
- In some cases, if you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages
- Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of checkout — we are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address information
